The Polish limited liability company has been working in the construction industry for thirty years and is engaged in the production of playgrounds, is represented both on the Polish market and on the markets of the European Union countries
The company intends to sell its trade mark, know-how, machines and equipment, as well as materials for production and equipping of public playgrounds. Production is carried out in accordance with the PN-EN 1176 standard, both from wood and metal

The recipients of the Company's products are:

- state educational institutions, including tender procedures

Assembling and possible construction works are carried out by cooperating companies.
The production and company activities are carried out in three rented workshops with a land plot of about 0.5 hectares in western Poland
There is a possibility of further renting and buying the aforementioned real estate. The property has investment advantages. Prices are negotiable.
Relocation of the production of playgrounds to Ukraine, with the possibility of selling them in Poland with the meritorial support of the seller for two years.

- the right to electronic documentation for all devices manufactured by the Company in INVENTOR, AUTO CAD, SKETCHUP programs
- the right to use the available CDN OPTIMA, INVENTOR, AUTO CAD, SKETCHUP programs.
- transfer through an accredited certification body PCA of certificates valid in the European Union and Ukraine for all manufactured devices in accordance with PN-EN 1176. Certificates are valid until June 2023.

- There is also a possibility to sell company shares in accordance with Polish law – negotiable price.
The sale will be carried out by concluding a sales contract in accordance with Polish law of the aforementioned property of the company or the entire company, as a separate legal entity, together with the property mentioned above.
