The State Ukreximbank offers to take part in the auction for the sale of claim rights under the credit obligations of a legal entity - the owner of one of the most ambitious development projects in the capital.

The restoration of its construction is an extremely serious challenge, but a completely realistic project, the implementation of which will significantly affect the development of Kyiv's business infrastructure.
The key security for the loan is an extremely attractive asset, namely the object of unfinished construction of a community center with a project built-up area of more than 219,000 square meters. m. The complex should include two towers with 47 and 34 floors, office and retail premises, an 8-level underground parking lot with 900 car spaces, the construction of which was carried out on a land plot with a total area of 0.74 hectares on Sholudenka Street in Kyiv , which was also mortgaged to the Bank.

1. The object of unfinished construction, the public center (lit.A), is at the stage of 51% completion and has a total area of 51,355.9 sq.m. (according to the Mortgage Agreement).
2.2. A plot of land with a total area of 0.7400 hectares, intended purpose: construction, operation and maintenance of a community center. - Project-tender and project-estimate documentation with relevant accompanying documents for the construction of a community center on the street. Sholudenka, crossing ave. Victory and St. Borshchagivska in Shevchenkivsky district cities of Kyiv.
- Share in the authorized capital of the LLC in the amount of 100%.
Previously, the mass media reported on plans to transfer the complex to the management of an international hotel market operator, complete the construction for the reception of guests of the Euro-2012 football championship, and even a possible move to the office building of the KMDA and other state institutions.
