A plot of land with a total area of 0.7400 hectares, intended purpose: construction, operation and maintenance of a community center. - Project-tender and project-estimate documentation with relevant accompanying documents for the construction of a community center on the street. Sholudenka, crossing ave. Victory and St. Borshchagivska in Shevchenkivsky district cities of Kyiv.
- Share in the authorized capital of the LLC in the amount of 100%.
Previously, the mass media reported on plans to transfer the complex to the management of an international hotel market operator, complete the construction for the reception of guests of the Euro-2012 football championship, and even a possible move to the office building of the KMDA and other state institutions.
