There are lots of ancient architectures nearby: Andriivskyi Descent, the Dutch Embassy, ​​ Hostynnyi Dvir, the Pyrohoshcha Dormition of the Mother of God Church (built in 1132-1136 by the Grand Princes Mstislav and Yaropolk), the Ascension Convent, the Church of St. Nicholas Pritiska and other ancient temples.

There are many administrative, office and banking buildings, residential buildings in this area. There is a large parking lot, exit from the metro, excellent transport interchange, a park nearby.

The restaurant was founded about 30 years ago. The room has an area of ​​689 sq.m. and has 150 seats. An integral part of the restaurant includes two glazed terraces with a total area of ​​100 sq.m. (included in the total area), equipped with a barbecue for cooking meat and fish dishes, operating all year round.

The premises has two levels: there is a banquet hall on the ground floor (up to 50 people; ceiling height from 3.80 m to 3.95 m), a kitchen with modern equipment, bathrooms, a sink.
