The production facilities and warehouses are located in a rented premises with an area of 440 sq.m. at the address: 4, Metalirhiv street, Brovary, Kyiv region.
About company
Enigma Medical Inc. is a Ukrainian manufacturer of single-use medical masks. The company was founded in 2020. Masks are produced using modern equipment in compliance with both current Ukrainian and European standards.
Over 3,000,000 masks have been produced during the period of operation.
There are all the necessary permits (laboratory conclusions, quality certificate, declaration of conformity, TU are registered in the database of TU of Ukraine, the company is included in the Register of entities responsible for the introduction of medical devices, active medical devices, implant and medical devices for in vitro diagnostics into circulation).
There are also approvals for the sale of products in Europe: a certificate of conformity to the EN 14683: 2019 standard issued by Bureau Veritas Ukraine, and a European declaration of conformity.
A quality management system has been implemented that complies with the ISO 9001 standard.
Equipment
There are 2 mask making machines with 2 production lines on each. Maximum capability – 80-100 pcs / min. There is a warranty service from the manufacturer. The equipment can be transported to any other location.
