The sale takes place to pay off the problem debt to Ukreximbank JSC for the obligations of Amstor group of companies in the framework of the bankruptcy case of Chumatskyi Shliakh LLC.
The land plot is an interesting asset for the implementation of development projects, since it has an advantageous location in Dniprovskyi district of Kyiv – between the bridge named after Paton and the yacht club, at the intersection of Berezniakovska street and Dniprovska embankments.
