General information
A modern distillery can provide the entire technological cycle of preparation, bottling, storage and shipment of alcoholic beverages.
In 2017, the reconstruction was carried out, all the buildings and structures were overhauled and restored, new equipment was installed, and the territory was equipped. The bottling line is equipped with modern Italian-made equipment (Sigma, Siem, PoGGio, Cime), which makes it possible to produce products practically without human intervention, and is an indicator of a high quality standard.
The blending shop is equipped with tanks and filtration systems (modernized in 2018) from imported materials, made in Germany and equipment (Siemens). The mixing process is fully automated and monitored by software according to the technological instructions.
The distillery operated in 2018-2020, and then the activity was suspended.
Rated capacity: 2,500,000 bottles / month.
The equipment can be reconfigured for different types of containers.
There are all permits necessary for the implementation of production activities (production certificate, permits for special water use, emissions, production license, etc.)
2 trademarks are registered.
A quality management system has been implemented that complies with the DSTU ISO 9000: 2009 standard.
The plant has an advantageous location, because the region has the largest number of distilleries among other regions of Ukraine – 7 plants.
Assets
The property
Plant area: 15,000 sq. m. (1.5 hectares), includes the following premises:
- Alcohol storage with a total volume of 13 thousand decaliters, equipped with ventilation and fire alarm systems, pumping equipment, stainless steel process pipelines.
- Blending shop with a capacity of up to 250 thousand dal / month with round-the-clock work. The total volume of the tank farm is 30 thousand decaliters. All the tanks are stainless and steel, the amortization is less than 10%.
- Bottling shop for 2 lines with a nominal capacity of 6,000 bph (line 1) and 4,000 bph (line 2), the amortization is less than 10%.
- Finished product warehouse – 300 sq.m., there is a loader and a conveyor.
- Component warehouse is equipped with racks and ramps, with a total area of about 300 sq.m.
- Container shop is a bottle warehouse, located under the bottling shop.
- Laboratory with the necessary equipment for physical and chemical samples.
- Office and other household premises (boiler room, compressor room, etc.)
Utilities
- The plant is supplied with electricity from a transformer substation located behind the fence of the plant. 2 transformers are available (1 working, 1 standby).
- A gas modular boiler is used for heating. Internal heating of the production premises of the plant is carried out by heaters, the heat carrier is water from the boiler room.
- The territory has an asphalt surface. There is also a building-free area, not asphalted, as well as garage boxes and mechanical workshops.
- Water for the preparation of vodka can be used from an artesian well with a depth of 70 meters, located on the territory of the enterprise. The water has an optimal composition of minerals.
- The territory of the plant allows increasing production and storage capacities.
