In 2011, the enterprise created and registered a project for a walnut orchard, as well as carried out its planting. In 2019, the area of the orchard has been increased to 320 hectares. Since 2018, the orchard has begun to bear nuts.
There are 32 000 walnut trees. Landing scheme is 10m x 10m.

– A building with a dining room and a gatehouse, a hangar, a gazebo, a shower, a toilet;
– Water well (storage capacity of water is 20 m3);
– An autonomous 5.5 kW solar power plant;
– Meteorological station;

Investment attractiveness:
There is a significant investment attractiveness to process round walnut to obtain the so-called "Butterflies".
Consequently, there is a need to create a production for processing round walnut. Its estimated cost is $250 000.
The cost of 1 ton of round walnut is $1 500 - $2 000. The cost of the "butterfly" is $6 000 - $8 000 / ton
"Butterfly" yield is 40-45% of round timber
The projected income of the enterprise in 2026 is 250*0.4*6000 = $600,000.
