The wood processing enterprise specializes in the processing of timber into various types of products, namely edged and unedged boards, bars of various sizes, blanks for the production of lining, floor boards and others. At the production facilities of the enterprise, it is possible to process up to 1500 m3 of timber per month in one shift and with the presence of a staff of workers and engineers.

Repair shop
To carry out repairs, adjustment of equipment, the workshop has all the equipment and fixtures (welding devices, cutting and grinding grinders, drilling drills, etc.).
Boiler room
The following equipment is used in the stoker to operate the drying complex and heat the warehouse and office space:
1 - solid fuel boiler "Calvis" 950 M with a capacity of 950 MW.
2 - solid fuel boiler ARDENZ T 1500 with a capacity of 1500 MW.
The capacities of these boilers are sufficient for the operation of the drying complex and heating of the office space during the cold period. These devices work on solid fuel - obapol (waste from sawing raw materials).
Drying complex
The total load of dryers is 300 m3 of semi-finished product (board, pallet, etc.). Drying consists of 4 compartments: 2 x 50 m3, 2 x 100 m3. The drying process is automatic without moistening (replacement or overhaul of the water purification system is required). The control panel for the operation of the dryers is attached to a separate room, there is a control computer and switches for manual control of the coolant supply. The territory in front of the dryers is concreted and has drain openings for collecting moisture (when they are filled, it is pumped out and removed).
Sharpening section
Equipment:
1 - Sharpening machine VESP - 1A for sharpening band saws, automatic with lubrication, production "Yavor" Ukraine
2 - Sharpening machine VEDP - 1A for circular saws with an outward hood manufactured by Yavor
3 - Machine for setting band saws manufactured by Yavor.
Also in this room are organized racks and hangers for storing saws.
Office space
The office space consists of the director's office, the office of the head of the security service, the office of the chief accountant and personnel, and the office of production foremen. All classrooms are equipped with everything necessary to work with equipment and computers.
A class on safety and fire safety at workplaces has been organized to conduct briefings upon hiring and conduct monthly safety briefings.
Warehouses
Warehouses No. 1 and No. 2 can be used for both semi-finished products and finished products. For the semi-finished product, a shed with an area of 128 m2 was built. On the territory of the drying complex. The warehouse of related goods is used to store protective equipment (gloves, earmuffs) and hardware (nails, self-tapping screws, bolts, nuts, etc.), detergents.
