The property commission of Kyiv city council will carry auctions for 23 premises where Oschadbank has been running its outlets, told Leonid Antonenko the commission head. This auction is a critical step as Oschadbank, while running business in the premises, ceased to provide rental payments starting February. The next week, the property will be named as free for rent by Kyiv council for the needs of entrepreneurs who are capable to lease space. Oschadbank refused to sign lease agreements and inflicted losses of UAH 8.6mln for the city budget, according to the property commission of Kyiv city council.
