The Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine gave permission to ABH Ukraine Limited registered in Cyprus to becoming a major shareholder of Alfa Leasing Company LLC.
To remind, MSP Stiftung Foundation founded by Austrian businessman Martin Schlaff has plans to increase its shareholding in Alfa bank to 24.9% stake.
The corporate structure of Alfa Bank is as follows: Mikhail Friedman (29.62%), German Khan (18.89%), Alexey Kuzmichev (14.7%), Petr Aven (11, 17%), and MSP Stiftung (9.9%).
