Agricultural holding Zorya, associated with Group of Companies Vitagro, obtained permission from the regulatory bodies in Ukraine to gaining control upon Agro-firm Trypillya and Radyvyliv Agro located in Rivne region of Western Ukraine. Zorya holding will have more than 50% stakes of the voting shares of the companies, according to the reporting news of the AMCU.
The VItagro group of companies include agricultural companies located in Khmelnytsk, Rivne, and Ternopil regions. The agricultural holding specializes in production and processing of agricultural crops including fruits and vegetables along with cattle breeding and pig farming. At this, Vitagro is engaged in construction and roads repair businesses. The company also has its bricks making facilities.
The agro-industrial group Pan Kurchak, in its turn, grows cereals, produces compound feed, incubates and grows chicken, has pig farms and produces meat products and sausages. Pan Kurchak was registered 2002 and incorporates Western Agrarian Company, Agrotechnika, Poultry Gubin, Ukrainian Trading Networks and other companies. The land plots belonging to Pan Kurchak are located in Rivne and Volyn regions amounting to 25 000ha of agricultural lands.
