Taras Panasenko, co-founder and CEO of the Aurora multi-market chain, said that the company intends to increase the number of outlets from 1,500 to 2,600 by the end of 2026.
To date, "Aurora" is the largest Ukrainian retail network in the one dollar store format, with last year's revenue of UAH 26.9 billion.
In June, the company opened 40 stores, in July – 24, in August – more than 30 are planned.
According to Taras Panasenko, there are 25 Aurora stores in Romania.
The company also plans to enter new markets and strives to develop new formats and digital business in Ukraine.
It is noted that the planned pace of opening is at least 500 stores annually. The focus is on the western regions and the Kyiv region.
