The AMCU reported: “Permission has been given for the acquisition by Avtomagistral-Yug LLC of a stake in the authorized capital of United Bridge Construction Company LLC, ensuring that it exceeds 50 percent of the votes in the highest management body of the company.”
According to YouControl information, United Bridge Construction Company LLC, through the German Bonum Pontem GmBH, is owned by businessman Mikhail Bekker. The company owns several enterprises specializing in bridge construction.
“Avtomagistral-Yug” is the main contractor of Vladimir Zelensky’s “Big Construction” initiative. In 2020, it won tenders worth UAH 28.8 billion. – almost as much as the three closest competitors combined.
The owner of Avtomagistral-Yug LLC since 2023 is businessman Alexander Boyko.
