The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine endorsed the formation of a joint venture between Robert Bosch GmbH and Guangdong Vanword New Electric., Ltd. Bosch activities totals four major areas: solutions for mobility and industrial technology, consumer goods, construction technologies and energy. The Bosch Group comprises Robert Bosch GmbH and more than 440 subsidiaries and regional companies in some 60 countries. Together with partners in the field of sales and service company Bosch is represented in 150 countries. Bosch Ukraine reduced its turnover by 40% y/y to EUR 60mln back in 2015.
