AMCU authorized LLC "Signet Center", a part of the Cygnet Group, received permission to acquire a stake in PE "Ruzhinsky Krai" (Zhytomyr region), which ensures the excess of 50% of the heads in the supreme management body of the agro-enterprise.

According to the financial director of the Cygnet Group, Vladimir Bondarenko, due to the acquisition, the group will expand its land bank up to 29 thousand hectares.

The Cygnet group, established in 2011, handles approximately 24 thousand hectares in the Zhitomir and Vinnitsa regions. The group is engaged in the cultivation of corn, soybean, wheat, sugar beet. Cygnet also has a dairy business, which it sells to local processors. The group also has elevator capacity of 60 thousand tons. The Cygnet group includes LLC "Signnet Holding", LLC "Signet Center" and LLC "Signet Milk".

PE "Ruzhinsky Krai", whose founder, according to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, is Tatyana Zasukha, specializes in the cultivation and sale of crops and vegetables.
