Danish Company Goodvalley Acquires Agro-Vita Farm in Ivano-Frankivsk Region

Danish investors, through Goodvalley Ukraine, are set to acquire Agro-Vita farm in the Ivano-Frankivsk region

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has approved Goodvalley Ukraine’s acquisition of Agro-Vita. The decision, adopted on September 18, grants the investor control over more than half of the company’s corporate rights, enabling full management authority.

Goodvalley Ukraine, established in 2003 and owned by Danish investors, operates in the Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv regions. The company runs a full-cycle agricultural business, ranging from livestock and crop production to feed manufacturing and biogas production. Its headquarters are located in Kopanky village, Kalush district, Ivano-Frankivsk region.

The international Goodvalley group, formerly known as Axzon, had offices in Denmark, Poland, Russia, and Ukraine until 2022. Today, its operations are concentrated in Ukraine and Poland.

Agro-Vita, registered in 2004 in Kinashiv village, Halych district, Ivano-Frankivsk region, specializes in cultivating grains, legumes, and oilseed crops. The acquisition will strengthen Goodvalley Ukraine’s position in the agrarian market of the western region and expand its production capacity.
