Dragon Capital buys logistics complex in Bucha near Kyiv

BC Region, associated with Dragon Capital, obtained permit for the deal, from the Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine.

Investment bank Dragon Capital via its BC Region LLC obtained permit to purchasing PM Logistics LLC as an integral property complex located in a town of Bucha near capital Kyiv city.

According to the Unified State Register, PM Logistics manages multi-building warehouse with a total area of 32 000 square meters. PM Logistics was registered in 2008 and its business operations are leasing and exploitation of premises.

Dragon Capital Consulting LLC holds 100% shares of the buyer BC region. The final beneficiary of Dragon Capital is mr. Tomas Fiala, a citizen of Czech Republic.

Last year, Dragon Capital acquired stakes in three companies engaged in trade and logistics warehousing. These were A East Gate Logistic in Boryspil of Kyiv region, 60% stake in A West Gate Logistic in Stoianka of Kyiv region, and also the investment bank bought out Piramida trade center. In 2017, Dragon Capital purchased Radio Era, two Kyiv based business centers Prime and Eurasia and also obtained permission for retailer Kray.
