Dutch investor acquires Kurdyumovskiy plant

The "daughter enterprise" of the world's largest producer of lump clay, Watts Blake Bearne International Holdings B.V., intends to acquire a Ukrainian enterprise producing acid-resistant bricks

The Netherlands’ company Watts Blake Bearne International Holdings B.V. intends to acquire 100% shares in “Kurdyumovskiy plant of acid-proof products” PrJSC, which is located in Opytne village, Bakhmut district, Donetsk region.

A relevant notification was sent to the plant on January 27.

Watts Blake Bearne International Holdings B.V. is a part of the British Watts Blake Bearn, which is considered the world's largest producer of lump clay.

Watts Blake Bearne International Holdings B.V. and its affiliates did not own shares of Kurdyumovskiy plant earlier.

“Kurdyumovskiy plant of acid-proof products”, along with Euromineral LLC and Nedra Donbassa LLC, are part of the Kislotoupor industrial group.

The Kurdyumovskiy plant produces acid-resistant brick, clinker (clinker brick) and other acid-resistant products.
