Entrepreneur Igor Tynny intends to buy 46.8% stake of Kyivspetstrans

At the moment, 51% of the company belongs to the territorial community of Kyiv city, and 46.8% - to Geotron LLC

Igor Tynny, who owns businesses in small hydropower generation, restaurant business and garment industry, is going to buy 53 247 406 shares in PJSC Kyivspetstrans corresponding to 46.8349% of the charter capital of the company. PJSC Kyivspetstrans specializes in the transportation services of solid domestic waste in the territory of the city of Kyiv and the Kyiv region.

Another owner is Geotron LLC (Kyiv) that owns the rest of the company shares acquired during privatization tender procedure for UAH 16mln in November 2003.

PJSC Kyivspetstrans is the legal successor of OJSC KyivSpetstrans, which was organized by the transformation of the same state public utility company into a sanitary cleaning service provider in Kyiv. The company employs 304 people. The company posted UAH 82mln in revenues for 2016, while arriving at the net loss of UAH 8mln.
