The facility is aiming at development of infrastructure in the regions of Ukraine. This is a result of two years of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU, told the minister of regional development and housing and communal housing of Ukraine Mr. Gennadiy. The project foresees development of the regions of conflict zone, as there will be established data collection systems and other monitoring devices. EUR 23mln is a first tranche of EUR 53mln facility. The next tranche worth EUR 12.5mln will be channeled in 2017 and 2018 respectively; EUR 5mln is an additional support facility. At the end of the program, Ukraine will receive EUR 2mln too.
