Gennady Korban became the owner of half of the Citrus chain of stores

The ZT-INVEST company has changed owners: 50% of the company passed from the co-founder of the network Dmitry Zinchenko to businessman Gennady Korban

This is mentioned in Opendatabot database. ZT-INVEST LLC is one of the legal entities of the Citrus network; according to Ukrpatent, trademarks and logos of the network are registered on it.

According to YouControl, on February 25, 2021, there was a change of ownership of this LLC. So, instead of Dmitry Zinchenko, the name of Gennady Korban is listed, while the second co-founder of the network, Grigory Topal, retained his 50% share.

It is known that the co-owners of Citrus had a conflict. Last summer, Dmitry Zinchenko accused his partner Grigory Topal of raiding. For several months, the company has been in a corporate war. At the end of last year, Dmitry Zinchenko said that his opponent was involved in setting fire to the car of a former employee of the company.

The ZT-INVEST company confirmed the change of one of the owners. At the same time, they noted that Korban owns "a part of the company's secondary assets that do not affect operating activities or current assets." In addition, the company added that Grigory Topal challenged this deal in court.
