The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has granted approval to EMI Deutschland GmbH (Hamburg, Germany) to acquire sole control of PJSC Kremenchuk Wheel Plant. The decision was announced in the regulator’s official statement.
PJSC Kremenchuk Wheel Plant is one of Ukraine’s leading manufacturers of wheel products, including wheels for passenger and commercial vehicles. With more than 50 years of history, the plant is known for its high product quality and exports to markets in Europe and the CIS.
EMI Deutschland GmbH is a German company specializing in the production and supply of automotive components, wheel products, and technical solutions for the automotive industry. The company has extensive experience in modernizing manufacturing facilities and implementing new technologies. Acquiring control of the Ukrainian plant will expand its presence in the Eastern European market.
The acquisition of the controlling stake gives EMI Deutschland GmbH the authority to oversee the enterprise’s strategic management, implement investment projects, and modernize production — steps expected to enhance the plant’s productivity and strengthen its export capabilities.
