According to founder and CEO Taras Hetmanskyi, the company’s model involves first forming a fleet, testing its profitability, and then transferring the cars to investors. The minimum investment threshold is $6,000–9,000, with an average return of 23–26%, depending on vehicle condition and utilization.
The overall Getmancar fleet, including franchise partners, now exceeds 700 vehicles, most of which are owned by private investors. The service currently operates in three Ukrainian cities—Kyiv, Dnipro, and Lviv. Among the few competitors in the domestic market are MobileCar in Odesa and Go2Go in Kyiv.
Financially, the company reported revenues of UAH 45 million in 2021 and UAH 88 million in 2022, though it has not disclosed more recent figures. Prior to the full-scale invasion, Concorde Capital valued the company at $15–17 million.
Getmancar has also been actively expanding abroad. The service entered Georgia in 2022, Moldova in 2024, and launched operations in Romania and Germany in 2025. In EU markets and in Qatar, the company operates under a rental model.
Founded in January 2018 with an initial fleet of 70 cars, Getmancar has grown its user base to 310,000 in Ukraine, around 20,000 in Moldova, and nearly 30,000 in Georgia, serving over 350,000 clients in total.
