Government decides to sell two large state owned enterprises of ZALK and Turboatom

At the end of the year, the government published a decree governing to sell PAO Zaporizhzhya Production Aluminium Plant (ZALK) , giant Turboatom producing turbines for nuclear power station and other power plants, and chemical Oriana in the Western Ukraine. The correspondent decision was approved by the parliament mentioning sale of some 68% of shares of ZALK, 75% stake in PJSC Turboatom, and 99.99% stake in Oriana. To remind, government is trying to sell a number of strategic enterprises including Odessa Port Plant.
