The major funds will go to construction of cow housing and financing of commercial dairy farms

The government will allocate UAH 2.5bn this year for domestic dairy farming industry bringing real support since long ago, told PM Volodymyr Groysman. The funds will be loaned to agricultural companies and those willing to build cow housings.

Notably, the interest rate will be at the annualized yield of 3% in hryvnia maturing in 5 years. In the other case, the government will compensate 30% from the construction cost if the company does not use the designated loans.
