Industrial Park in Khmelnytskyi Region Attracts €4.5 Million in German Investment

The Krasyliv Technoport industrial park in Ukraine’s Khmelnytskyi region has secured its first foreign industrial investment from German company Goldhofer AG

German company Goldhofer AG has launched production of components and spare parts for semi-trailers used to transport oversized cargo at the industrial park.

This was reported by Dmytro Kysylevskyi, Deputy Chair of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development.

According to him, the total value of Goldhofer AG’s investment project in Krasyliv amounts to €4.5 million, of which €1.5 million has already been invested. The production site currently employs 36 workers, mainly welders. The facility’s current output stands at 7–8 semi-trailers per month, with finished products being exported to Germany.

In addition, the industrial park’s management company has signed a memorandum to attract another foreign investor — Polish company Modular. The company plans to establish production of modular residential and commercial buildings in Krasyliv based on metal structures.

Among the Ukrainian residents of the park is Aton Energy, which has already launched production of heat exchangers for solid-fuel boilers. The company’s next step is to purchase equipment for the launch of wall-mounted gas boiler production.

At present, Krasyliv Technoport is preparing an application for state co-financing of engineering and transport infrastructure development under the “Made in Ukraine” policy. The programme provides financing on a 50:50 basis of up to UAH 150 million. To qualify, the industrial park must ensure the construction of at least 5,000 square metres of industrial space and attract no fewer than two participants within three years.

The Krasyliv Technoport industrial park was established in 2023 on part of the former Krasyliv Machine-Building Plant site that had remained unused for a long period. The total area of the park is 10.1 hectares. It includes more than 8,000 square metres of industrial premises, as well as the necessary infrastructure, including 8 MW of electricity capacity, water supply, sewage, gas, and a railway branch line.
