Dragon Capital Consolidates 100% of West Gate Logistic

New Ukraine PE Holding (NUPEH) has finalized the acquisition of 40% in West Gate Logistic, a class А logistics complex in Stoyanka in the Kyiv suburb, from GLD Holding GmbH
The deal brings NUPEH ownership in the facility to 100%. NUPEH is part of Dragon Capital group and its main shareholder is Dragon Capital New Ukraine Fund.

West Gate Logistic was built in 2008 and has 97,200 square meters of total and 96,300 square meters of leasable area. Its anchor tenants are Ekol Logistic, DC Ukraine, Rhenus Revival, Mary Kay.

New Ukraine PE Holding has acquired 60% of West Gate Logistic in October 2016, alongside with the acquisition of East Gate Logistic, a class A complex located in Boryspil.

“We developed West Gate Logistic back in 2008 and now 10 years later it is still the leading logistics park in the Greater Kyiv area. We are happy to sell our remaining shares to the leading institutional real estate investor in Ukraine”, says Leopold Sandler, CEO of GLD Holding GmbH.
