After 4 years in Washington, the investment banker is coming to Ukraine as he wrote about it in his Facebook page. After moving from Latvia to the USA, Rapoport graduated from an American university. Later, he moved to Russia and worked for Renaissance Capital and Center-Invest, and IFC Metropol. Having spent 20 years in Russia, he went back to the USA.
