Half of the loan amount is backed by a state portfolio guarantee under the risk-sharing mechanism, which mitigates credit risks for the bank and facilitates access to financing for the borrower.
The credit is structured as a tranche-based credit line, allowing the company to draw funds flexibly in line with its production needs. The financing will be used to stockpile fruit and berry raw materials ahead of the production season, enabling Eco-Sphera to increase output during peak periods and strengthen brand presence both regionally and nationwide.
Eco-Sphera LLC is a Ukrainian company established in 2002, specializing in the production of cold-pressed juices without preservatives or artificial additives. The company's production facilities are located in the Vinnytsia region. Products are marketed under the brands “Juices of Ukraine,” “Eco-Sphera,” and others, with part of the assortment exported abroad.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, as of April 2025, Ukreximbank ranked third among 60 operating banks in terms of total assets, amounting to UAH 311.8 billion.
