According to the decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU), permission was granted to Krolevetsky feed mill (Sumy region, Krolevets, Ukraine) to acquire a share in the authorized capital of ROSTOK-HOLDING (Kyiv, Ukraine), which ensures an excess of 25 % of votes in the supreme governing body of the company.
As the company "ROSTOK-HOLDING" commented, we are talking about the Glukhov cluster of the company - "Glukhovsky elevator".
In addition, the AMCU granted permission to the Krolevets feed mill to acquire a stake in the authorized capital of ROSTOK-HOLDING, which ensures that 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body of the company are exceeded.
Thus, the permission of the AMCU provides the "Krolevetsky feed mill" with an excess of 75% of the votes in the supreme governing body of the company.
