LNZ Group will acquire two agricultural enterprises in Cherkasy region

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed the "Burimka Khutor Kanivtsi company", which is owned by the LNZ Group, to acquire two agricultural enterprises in the Cherkasy region.

This is reported by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

“It is allowed to purchase shares in the authorized capital of the Agrodar-Kanivtsi and Kanivtsi enterprises, which ensures the excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme management body of the company,” the message says.

Agrodar-Kanivtsi and Kanivtsi enterprises are engaged in the production of grain and oilseeds.

According to the YouControl analytical system, the founder of Burimka Khutor Kanivtsi is Kontango 2012 and Shafar, whose ultimate beneficiaries are Dmitry Kravchenko, head of the LNZ Group supervisory board, and Mikhail Sidletsky, head of the LNZ Group board.

Recall that the Lebedinsky Seed Plant, which is part of the LNZ Group, received a license for the supply of natural gas at the end of April this year and plans to issue the same license for the sale of electricity.
