According to Prozorro.Sale, an auction for the privatization of a garage formerly owned by the Basin Department of Water Resources of the Western Bug and San Rivers took place on May 28 in Lviv. The starting price was UAH 1.3 million.
The auction attracted 25 bidders, with the winning bid submitted by the developer Novelex Group (LLC "Novelex Supply").
While the garage itself holds little value, its location on a 0.15-hectare land plot at 41 Sichynskoho Street made it highly desirable. The site is zoned for “construction and maintenance of other public-use buildings.” The land was not part of the privatization and future land use rights will be resolved separately by the new property owner.
According to the company’s website, Novelex is a European developer with seven years of experience, operating in Lviv and several Polish cities including Wrocław, Poznań, and Kraków.
