Cargill sells its two elevators in Ukraine

The elevators are located in Kharkiv and Kirovograd regions

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine issued its approval for the purchase of Cargill’s two elevators for the companies of LLC Voinskoe KHPP and LLC Pole-Grain. The owners of the purchasing companies are mr. Igor Shevchenko for LLC Voinskoe KHPP and mrs Natalia Dorofeeva and Natalia Miroshnichenko for LLC Pole-Graine, according to the state registrar. One of the owners of LLC Pole-Graine owns several agricultural enterprises in Kirovograd region, like LLC Agrodar, LLC Dolinskiy Miasoproduct, LLC Malinovske, LLC Zernari and other. In particular, LLC Zernari has plans to build a mill for wheat grains in Kirovograd region of Ukraine.

Cargill is a leading exporter of grains and oilseed products from Ukraine. The company collaborates closely with domestic producers of grains and oilseeds. At this, Cargill owns oilseeds processing plant in Kakhovka in Southern Ukraine.
