The enterprise is offered for sale with a 100% business stake and represents a vertically integrated production complex with a full cycle of sunflower seed processing.
The plant was modernized in 2018–2019 and today meets modern technological and quality standards. Its processing capacity reaches 330,000 tons of seeds per year, placing the facility among high-capacity players in the vegetable oil industry.
The enterprise specializes in the production of: crude first-grade sunflower oil, pelleted sunflower meal, pelleted sunflower husk.
The production process covers all stages — from raw material reception and storage to laboratory control and shipment of finished products. The facility is equipped with modern pressing units, extractors, filtration systems, a laboratory complex, and an automated quality control system.
The plant operates in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards for quality management and food safety, and also complies with GMP requirements for feed additives. This ensures the competitiveness of its products both in domestic and international markets.

The plant’s location in the port region of southern Ukraine provides direct access to export routes to the EU, Asia, and the Middle East. The facility has connections to road, rail, and water transport, minimizing logistics costs and improving delivery efficiency.
Simultaneous storage capacity:
- seeds — 9,000 tons;
- oil — 8,000 tons;
- meal — 13,000 tons;
- husk — 3,000 tons.
Cargo handling capacity:
- seed reception — up to 1,000 tons per day (by truck and rail);
- meal and husk shipment by water transport — up to 1,500 tons per day;
- truck loading of materials — up to 600 tons per day.
Currently, the plant is integrated into an agro-industrial group of companies and is focused on processing its own raw material base. This model ensures supply stability, quality control, and optimization of production margins. Products are sold both on the domestic market and through export contracts under FCA and DAP terms, using prepayment mechanisms and international settlement systems.
