Ukragroalliance Ltd acquired more than 50% of shares of Dnipro Agro Alliance Ltd, while KMA Group Ltd got 25% stake of the agricultural Dnipro Agro Alliance Ltd associated with MP (Member of Parliament) Vitaliy Khomotynnik. Investment fund Kaskad-invest confirmed that the deal had taken place.
In the meantime, Ernst & Young estimated the deal at USD 50mln.
Dnipro Agro Alliance Ltd specializes in grains and technical crops production. The company manages lands totaling more than 50 thousand hectares in Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine. The company owns grain elevators and a bread-baking plant. The production capacity of the bakery is at daily 50 ton of bread products.
The final beneficiaries of Dnipro Agro Alliance Ltd are VItaliy Khomotynnik, Vasiliy Astion, Eugeniy Astion, and Mikhail Koshliak.
