Near Kyiv, an Almost Completed Flour Milling Complex Put Up for Privatization for UAH 13.8 Million

Ukraine’s State Property Fund has put up for privatization an 89%-completed flour milling complex in Kyiv region with a starting price of UAH 13.83 million, with the auction scheduled for December 24

An almost completed flour milling complex near Kyiv has been offered for privatization. The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an auction for the sale of a high-readiness unfinished construction facility, with a completion level of 89%. The auction is scheduled for December 24, and the starting price of the asset is UAH 13.83 million.

The asset is a grain processing complex located in the village of Sosnova, Boryspil district, Kyiv region. The total area of the production facilities is 688.5 square meters. Despite its status as an unfinished construction project, the facility is practically ready for operation and is equipped with core production and auxiliary infrastructure.

The complex includes a mill with an area of 263 sq m, a weighing station, a grain dryer, a grain cleaning separator, a control room, a pumping station, as well as equipment for bulk loading of flour and bran onto road transport. The site also features a forklift building with a lower transport gallery, silos for storing dry and wet grain, and technological equipment for flour milling operations.

The facility is connected to all key utilities: it is gasified and connected to electricity and water supply networks, which significantly reduces the potential investor’s costs to bring the enterprise into operation.

As of December 1, 2025, the complex or its individual components are not leased and are not encumbered by any active use agreements. At the same time, the land plot on which the privatization asset is located is not included in the sale, meaning that land-related issues will need to be resolved separately by the new owner.
