"On Friday, we will have another big meeting on expansion, and a new expansion management model will be discussed there. We will have, or rather, de facto, a new separate company, NovaPost Europe, will appear," Viacheslav Klymov, co-owner of Nova Poshta said.
According to him, NovaPost Europe will have its own CEO and a separate management apparatus.
"Of course, there will be close cooperation with Ukraine, but it will be a separate business unit," the co-owner of the group explained.
Klymov has not yet begun to name the head of the future company: "... there is already a CEO, but I can't name the names, because he has not yet been officially approved," however, he noted that the candidate is a person from Nova Poshta, who has about 20 years of experience in the company.
"The creation of the second largest network of parcel lockers in Europe is definitely on the conscience of this manager," Klymov added.
As reported, Nova Poshta is already operating in Poland, Germany, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Moldova and Romania, separate companies have been created in each country (there was no company in the Czech Republic at the beginning of spring, but there was one in Slovakia and Hungary).
