NovaPay Places New UAH 100 Million Bond Issue at 18% Annual Yield

International financial service provider NovaPay has issued Series "K" bonds worth UAH 100 million at 18% annual yield, continuing to expand its borrowing program for institutional investors

International financial service NovaPay has registered a new bond issue – Series "K" – totaling UAH 100 million, with a maturity date set for August 6, 2028. This marks the company’s third placement aimed exclusively at institutional investors, as stated in the press release dated September 11. The issuer of the bonds is NovaPay’s subsidiary, NovaPay Credit LLC. The bonds offer a coupon yield of 18% per annum, with interest payments made quarterly.

Previously, NovaPay successfully placed Series "C" and "I" bonds among institutional investors, raising UAH 190 million. In total, the company conducted nine bond issues in 2023–2024. In 2025, it launched its tenth issue and announced a twelfth – Series "L", also worth UAH 100 million. Bonds from most series (except three) are eligible for repo operations as an alternative to bank deposits and are available for purchase through the NovaPay mobile app.

Founded in 2001, NovaPay is part of the Nova Group and provides financial services both online and through the branches of its postal operator. According to the company’s website, NovaPay employs approximately 13,000 people across more than 3,600 locations throughout Ukraine. The National Bank of Ukraine reports that the service handles around 35% of the domestic money transfer market.

In 2023, NovaPay became the first non-banking institution in Ukraine to receive an extended license from the National Bank, allowing it to open accounts and issue cards. By the end of 2024, it also became the first non-bank player to launch its own financial app offering a full range of services.

According to the bond prospectus, NovaPay Credit forecasts an increase in interest income to UAH 802.1 million in 2025 and UAH 1.515 billion in 2026. Expected net profit is projected at UAH 518.9 million and UAH 1.03 billion, respectively.

In 2024, the company’s net profit doubled to UAH 89.2 million (up from UAH 40.3 million in 2023), while revenue grew to UAH 285.6 million (up from UAH 95.6 million).
