A listing for the sale of INCH, a premium restaurant located in central Kyiv, appeared on the official page of real estate agency Keys Real Estate.
The asking price is $2.5 million. The reasons for the sale have not been publicly disclosed.
Oleksandr and Vlada Zinchenko launched the restaurant in June 2024, and by July 2025, its closure was officially announced. INCH was positioned as a high-end, concept-driven venue with a focus on signature cuisine.
"Fully equipped kitchen, designer interior, prime location. Profitable turnkey business. All included: equipment, brand, documentation," the listing states.
In the last season, Zinchenko played 23 matches for Arsenal FC, scoring one goal and providing one assist. His current contract with the club runs until June 30, 2026.
