Unimot S.A.’s Director for Government Relations in Ukraine, Nazariy Volyanskyi, announced that the company has already acquired a land plot for the project, which is currently in the active preparation phase. The planned investment covers the construction of a large-scale fuel terminal, with total capital expenditures estimated at €55–60 million.
The company has submitted an application to Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy to be recognized as a significant investor, which would enable access to state incentives under the national investment promotion program. Volyanskyi expressed hope that the project will receive the required approvals and soon move to the implementation stage.
In parallel, Unimot is launching a separate initiative in the defense sector through a joint drone production project with a Ukrainian partner. The initial investment in this venture totals PLN 400,000 (over $110,000). The new entity, PZL Defence, is currently undergoing registration in Poland.
