Polish UNIMOT plans to start 100 petrol station using franchising agreements during three years in Ukraine under Swiss Avia brand, told Adam Sikorski the head of the supervisory board of Unimont. Unimont has already agreed with Avia Interational on the brand usage, Bankier.pl reports.
Many Ukrainian entrepreneurs has already made requests for the cooperation prospects in franchise opportunities. `
To note, UNIMOT develops 8 petrol stations under Avia brand in Poland. The company plans to increase number of the filling stations to one hundred in Poland too.
UNIMOT S.A runs several businesses that include distribution of diesel fuel, biofuel, LPG, sales of natural gas and electricity supplies. UNIMOT S.A incorporates 7 companies operating at the energy market.
Notably, the company was registered at the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 7 March 2017.
