Mrs Irina Pavlenko bought 10.002% of the shares of PJSC Frau Marta, and the second buyer is Ruslan Gursky, who took over the remaining 89.998%. The previous owner of the 100% shares of Frau Marta was Statinko Limited, registered in Cyprus. In the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individuals it was also indicated that the final beneficiary of the Frau Marta was Mrs Tatiana Perepilichna.
The production cycle of the enterprise includes all the technological stages of manufacturing the final product: cultivation of land of about 6,000ha, sowing, growing, harvesting, processing and freezing the vegetables.
The main types of frozen products from Frau Marta are peas, corn, onions, peppers and cauliflower and broccoli. Starting 2014, the company moved on to the processing of the fruits, and selling it to the wholesaler. All products of the enterprise is targeting the domestic market and the CIS countries.
In 2016, Frau Marta reduced its net profit 14-times y/y to UAH 1.52mln, while the company's revenues amounted to UAH 67mln (USD 2.5mln).
