Raiffeisen Bank Aval decided to make an additional contribution to the authorized capital of the subsidiary company LLC Raiffeisen Leasing Aval for UAH 923mln (USD 34mln), according to the financial report the bank for the third quarter of this year. The decision came across in October and the funds will be disbursed by cash. The entire in-payment will be made after the state registration of the new charter capital edition of LLC Raiffeisen Leasing Aval. The funds can also be installed during a specified period.
Raiffeisen Bank Aval elaborates that the fresh injection of the capital will not lead to changes in capital structure of the subsidiary company.
The first installment was contributed into the charter capital worth UAH 540mln by the bank on October 23. The bank assesses the replacement cost of the investment, and considers a possibility of its depreciation too.
