Rentcom LLC, based in the city of Lviv in Western Ukraine, voiced its plans to invest EUR 10mln into development of the grains elevators in the neighboring Ternopil region. The company has put into operations the first unit of the elevator complex with a projected capacity of 30 000tons of grains in the village of Dzviniach, according to Ternopil State Administration. The investment into the elevator complex reached EUR 5mln.
The next elevator of the complex will allow warehousing for additional 60 000tons of grains. Notably, Rentcom invests its private funds for 90 000tons elevator complex.
The works started back in May 2016. The construction of the elevator facilities is aiming at securing warehousing for oil grains to be processed at the production units of the company in Dzviniach and Lviv. Rentcom will also invest into erection of the vegetable oil processing plant in the territory of Dzviniach village council.
