Russian citizen purchases more than half of equity shares of PINbank

Russian citizen Euegen Giner acquired 48.07% and 4.8608% of shares to total 52.9% stake in PINbank from Alexander Klischuk and Mikhael Spektor respectively, according to the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU). To remind, Euegen Giner received a permission for purchasing 50% stake of First Investment Bank in end-August this year. The new owner of the bank is a co-founder of VS Energy International Group which holds shares of Ukrainian assets of Kyivoblenergo, Odessaoblenergo, Sevastopolenergo, Khersonoblenergo, Dneprospetsstal, and a hotel of Premier International. The other beneficiaries of VS Energy International Group are a member of State Duma (Russian State parliament) Alexander Babakov, Mikhael Voievodin, Michael Voievodin, and Sergey Shapovalov.
