The state run SETAM, majoring the sale of impounded property, has put up for sale the rights for collateralized shopping and recreation center Atmosphere and the administrative and hotel complex of Ramada Encore Kiev. Both are located at 103 Moscow Highway in Kyiv.
The starting price is UAH 1.9bn (USD 73mln) for the compound lot.
This lot is the largest in the history of CETAM, told the CEO Viktor Vishnev.
Under the loan agreements, there is also an office building located at 4 Vladimirsky Descent street in Kyiv and 40 land plots with a total area of 97.51ha in Kozin in Kyiv region together with a two-level parking space with an area of 17 500 square meters located at 103 Moscow Highway.
The auction is scheduled for 18 September this year, according to SETAM trading platform.
