Shareholder of Ukrainian Ferrexpo to conduct SPO at London Stock Exchange

Wigmon Street Investments No. 3 Limited is a second largest shareholder. After the deal completion, the company will still hold 12% of the iron ore Ferrexpo. J.P Morgan Cazenove is an organizer of the placement.
Ferrexpo is a leading producer and exporter of iron-ore pellets in the CIS and it carries operations and manages iron ores in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian tycoon Konstantin Zhevago is a major shareholder of Ferexpo with 50.3% of shares. Meantime, a businessman from Czech Republic mr. Zdenek Bakala is one of the owners of CERLCL Holdings Limited which acts as a parent company of Wigmon Street Investments No. 3 Limited.
