Information about the upcoming online auction for the sale of the Druzhbovsky quarry of non-metallic minerals "Quartz" in the Zhytomyr region has appeared on the website of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
The object of privatization is located in the Korostensky district of the Zhytomyr region.
The terms of the privatization include a six-month ban on dismissal of quarry workers. The winner of the auction will be obliged to pay the company's debts - UAH 2.82 million.
The privatization auction for Quartz is scheduled for March 9, 2023.
The area of the quarry is more than 9 thousand m2 and occupies 128 hectares. There are 24 real estate objects located on this territory: management buildings, a canteen, a household building, a parking garage for bulldozers, a crushing building, a transformer substation, buildings of a pumping station, etc.
In the last two years, Quartz has been unprofitable: in 2021 - UAH 95 thousand, in 2022 - UAH 290 thousand.
