Swiss bank group acquires 11% of shares in Kernel Holding

Swiss Bank Group Julius Baer Group Ltd. has concentrated 11,23% of the shares of the Kernel holding company

According to information, Julius Baer acquired 6,22% of shares of "Kernel" (about 5,1 million shares). In addition, the Italian company Kairos Investment Management, a member of the banking group, bought another 5,01% of shares (about 4,1 million shares).

The deal took place on 8 June 2018 of the year.

Kernel Holding SA (Luxembourg) works in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine with 1994. Produces sunflower oil under the trademarks "Shchedry Dar", "Stozhar", "Chumak Gold". It also exports oil and grain and provides services for storing grain and oilseeds on elevators.
