The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine approved the purchase of more than 50% shares of Rosneft Management Company Ltd and Fargrade Ltd (both registered in Cyprus) which own Closed Joint Stock Company Linik, that is Lisichansk refinery; and also petroleum stations of Rosneft in Ukraine. Worth noting, Glusco prior to the decision from ACU had received disapprovals too. The petroleum stations of Rosneft include brands of Formula, TNK, Zolotoj Gepard, and Smile in 12 regions of Ukraine to the total of 141 stations. Lisichansk refinery is one of the youngest refinery in Ukraine with a projected capacity of refining up to 7mln tons of oil. The refinery can produce Euro-4 standard petroleum, as well as diesel fuel of Euro-5 standard. Glusco Energy S.A is part of Proton Energy Group S.A which trades with oil and petroleum products.
